Hon’ble Mr. Justice Fazal-e-Miran Chauhan son of Muhammad Abdul Ghani Chauhan was born  on 25th December 1948 at Gujrat. He belongs to a well-known Chauhan Family.  His Lordship passed B.A Examination from Punjab University and obtained L.L.B degree from the Punjab University Law College.  His Lordship has 34 years practice of law in Civil Courts, Banking Courts, Lahore High Court and Supreme Court of Pakistan and appointed as Additional Advocate General Punjab on 13.9.2003 till 30.11.2004.  His lordship remained advisor for National Bank of Pakistan, Army Welfare Engineering Industries, Yousaf Rashid Co. (Pvt) Ltd. ,Khan Travel Services (pvt) Ltd., Guarantee Life Employment Ltd.  His lordship was elected as Secretary Lahore Bar Association   1977-78 and Secretary Pakistan Young Lawyers Forum 1973-74 and also represented Pakistan in 6th Asian Youth Seminar held in Japan in 1978.
